Personal Philosophy:
Very little has more of an impact on our emotional wellbeing than what we believe about ourselves, other people, and our circumstances. I consider it a privilege to assist others with developing beliefs that enhance their emotional functioning. I also emphasize the importance of learning to focus on what can be controlled (such as our own beliefs, emotions, and behaviors) rather than on what cannot be controlled (such as the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors of others).
